Marla Britt Fields

Marla Britt Fields, PMP, serves as the Director of Program Management at Nova Ltd. since March 2021, focusing on leading PLC teams and enhancing engineering practices. Prior to this role, Marla held a series of technical program management positions at Applied Materials, Neato Robotics, and Velo3D, where work included the improvement of autonomous robotic technologies and the alignment of engineering processes. Marla began a career at Applied Materials in 2001, progressing from a Senior Process Engineer to a Senior Technical Program Manager. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned in 2001.
