Michael Mitlin

Michael Mitlin is an experienced application engineer currently employed at Nova Measuring Instruments since December 2016. Prior to this role, Mitlin served as a senior process engineer at Intel Corporation from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities included process sustaining and improvements in the Copper CMP area during the transition to 10 nm technology. At Micron Technology from 2010 to 2013, Mitlin contributed as a CMP technological expert, enhancing 65 nm technology and overseeing technology transfers to various facilities. Experience also includes a position at Numonyx B. V. from 2008 to 2010, focusing on CMP processes for multiple technology nodes. Mitlin's early career involved roles at Intel Corporation and MSM Metalsinter, where expertise in powder metallurgy and engineering management was developed. Mitlin holds an M.Sc. in Material Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University, earned in 1986.
