Sergiy C.

Sergiy C. is an accomplished expert in applied physics and semiconductor technology with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Systems Tech Lead at Nova Ltd. since July 2019, Sergiy has played a crucial role in advancing semiconductor material metrology tools by enhancing control hardware and software performance. Previously, at HGST, a Western Digital company, Sergiy held the position of Principal Engineer where significant contributions were made to the feasibility studies of emerging memory technologies. As a PostDoc scholar at UCLA, Sergiy led projects on ultra-fast in-memory computing devices and designed low-energy Magnetic Random Access Memory cells. Sergiy's academic foundation includes a PhD in Applied Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and advanced degrees in Material Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
