Shay W. is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Nova Ltd. since 2011. Prior to this role, Shay W. held positions as R&D Manager at KLA-Tencor and Icos Vision Systems from 2008 to 2011 and 2005 to 2008, respectively. Shay W. also founded Nano Or Technologies, where the role of Founder & VP R&D was undertaken from 2000 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MSc in Physics from Tel Aviv University, and a BSc in Physics & Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
