Sherry Roda is an accomplished professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as an OD & Learning Partner at Nova Ltd. since March 2022. Previously, Sherry held the position of Lead Organizational Development, Learning & Training at Orbotech from January 2011 to August 2020, where responsibilities included designing and leading OD projects aligned with business strategy, implementing onboarding and global training programs, and supporting training activities for diverse teams.
