Novara is an independent growth equity investor. We help scaling companies in technology enabled markets grow faster through buy and build.

---

Scaling companies are our focus: we think scaling SMEs power the UK economy, but this talented group of companies and founders are too often overlooked by traditional private equity.

Technology is our accelerator: we think technology enabled markets will continue to outperform, and technology natives and first adopters will grow faster than competitors.

Buy and build is our differentiator: we think markets consolidate in waves. We look for market structures and patterns to support the next and invest only where we see potential to grow faster through buy and build.
