Carole Couvert

Carole Couvert is currently an Independent Administrator at Novarc and a member of the stakeholders committee at Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility. Previously, Carole served as the President of the CFE-CGC, becoming the first person to hold that position in the organization's 70-year history, where they advocated for the interests of managerial employees and oversaw significant organizational changes. Carole was also the first President of the CNIEG, where they established foundational governance and negotiated critical agreements in the social protection sector. Additionally, Carole has held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as the Vice President of AS Mâcon Rugby and the CESE, where they focused on European and international relations.
