Topher Cometa

Topher Cometa is the COO at Novare Technologies. Topher has previous experience working as a consultant with Discovery Communications and RCG Information Technology. While working at Discovery Communications, they helped develop the company's portal to let producers submit ideas and artifacts. Topher also worked as an IT Consultant developing the application on Java/JavaEE Frameworks such as JSF and Spring. At RCG Information Technology, they were responsible for developing functionalities of Project Navigator (Program Tracking and Producer’s Portal) using Spring Framework, JSF and Dojo. Topher also developed sql scripts on Oracle Database as part of data migration process for the project navigator. In addition, they designed and developed Code generator application based on business requirements using Ruby on Rails and Flex 3.

Topher Cometa has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University and a BS in Electronics and Telecommunication from Adamson University. Topher also has Cybersecurity Fundamentals and Sun Certified Java Programmer certifications from ISACA and Sun Microsystems, respectively.
