Andy Chen

Andy Chen is currently the Novartis Country Quality Head for IM and Sandoz, a role they have held since 2017. Previously, Andy gained extensive experience at Pfizer, serving in various quality assurance roles, including QA Manager and Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor from 2005 to 2008. Before that, they worked as a QA Supervisor at Kindon Pharmaceutical from 1999 to 2005 and as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Taiwan Biotech Corp in 1998. Andy earned a Master's degree in Food Science and Biotechnology from 國立中興大學 between 1996 and 1998.
