Emma Smith

Emma Smith has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles across multiple companies, including Novartis, Microsoft, and Dengie Events. Emma served as a Transition Manager (Volunteer) at Dengie Events from 2011 to February 2019, and prior to that held positions such as HR Operations Advisor at Microsoft from August 2009 to June 2011. Notable roles at Novartis from October 2021 to February 2015 included People Partner Team Lead UK, Senior HR Coordinator, HR Business Partner, HR Associate, and HR Operations Administrator.
