Frederick Young is the Due Diligence Head for the Cardio-Metabolic and Neuroscience Development Units at Novartis, where they have been instrumental since 2016. With over 20 years of experience in clinical research within major global pharmaceutical and CRO industries, Frederick specializes in global team leadership and project management. Prior positions include Vice President roles at PRA Health Sciences, INC Research, and ICON plc, where they directed clinical programs and strategic partnerships. Frederick holds a BA in Chemistry and Philosophy from Emory University, a PhD in Chemistry/Biochemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Rutgers University–Newark.
