Karen Memory

Karen (Wilson) Memory is a results-oriented professional currently serving as the Director of NPS Process Design and Improvement. With a diverse background in operational enhancement, they excelled in various roles, notably at Atlantic Health System as a Manager Blackbelt, where they utilized Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize patient experience and business outcomes. Previously, at Novartis, they applied operational excellence design principles to enhance processes across multiple brand teams. Karen holds an MBA in Management/Global Business from Rutgers University and a BS in Biology from The College of New Jersey.
