Michael Shultz is currently the Director of GDC Heart Failure at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), where they lead efforts in advancing heart failure drug discovery. Previously, they held various leadership positions within NIBR, including Heart Failure Lead and Group Leader, focusing on oncology drug discovery and mentoring scientists at multiple levels.
