Simon John

Simon John has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, primarily at Novartis, where Simon has served in various leadership roles since August 2009, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior HR Business Partner for Oncology Emerging Growth Markets. Previous roles at Novartis from July 2006 to January 2009 focused on enhancing the company's development capabilities through strategic hiring. Before joining Novartis, Simon worked at Kelly Services as a Business Change Executive, addressing critical situations across recruitment branches in the UK and Ireland, and held positions at TMP Worldwide and Randstad Employment Bureau, where Simon was recognized for exceptional business growth and recruitment solutions. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Drama from Aberystwyth University.
