Sofia Solis

Sofia Solis is an experienced clinical research professional with a strong background in oncology and CAR-T site monitoring. Currently serving as a Strategic Site Partnership Lead at Novartis since August 2022, Sofia previously held the position of Senior Clinical Trial Monitor at Bristol Myers Squibb, following its acquisition of Celgene. Prior to that, Sofia worked at Celgene as a Principal Clinical Research Associate and Global Site Engagement Lead, as well as a Senior Clinical Research Associate, gaining significant expertise in monitoring Phase 1 studies for hematology and solid tumors. Earlier roles include a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Novartis, where key responsibilities involved monitoring Phase I-III oncology studies across various solid malignancies, and a Research Coordinator at UCLA. Sofia holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from UCLA, completed between 2002 and 2005.
