NovaGenesis | Critical Mineral Recovery
India generates 3.4 million tonnes of e-waste annually. Less than 15% is formally recycled. The minerals powering India's energy transition accumulate in landfills while the country imports them at growing cost from concentrated supply chains. NovaGenesis closes that loop. Our closed-loop, AI-guided hydrometallurgical platform recovers battery-grade lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, gold, silver, palladium, and copper from lithium-ion battery black mass and e-waste PCBs. Technology validated at pilot scale across lithium-ion battery and PCB streams, with over 2,500 documented experiments and greater than 95% metal recovery demonstrated. Developed in-house, protected by active patent filings, zero liquid discharge, carbon-neutral process design. Scaling to 7,200 TPA at our Jaipur processing facility.

NovaX | X-ray Ore Sorting & Dry Beneficiation
India beneficiates less than 15% of its coal. NovaX is India's first and only commercial XRT-based ore sorting platform, working across coal, iron ore, copper, gold, lead-zinc, tungsten, manganese, phosphorite, fluorite, and other mineral commodities. It sorts ore from gangue at the single-particle level in real time, with no water, no chemicals, and no tailings. Fully relocatable, modular, and designed for pithead deployment with a land footprint 70-80% smaller than a conventional washery. Deployed across comparable operations in over 40 countries.
