Novastra Therapeutics is a Boston-headquartered, clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering Next-Generation Immune Reprogramming Therapy (XIRT) for solid tumors. At the core of our pipeline is the OmniAntigen™ Platform (OAP). Utilizing our proprietary metal-organic nanocloak technology, we convert a patient’s own tumor cells into a potent, multi-valent therapeutic in a same-day, hospital-ready process. Unlike standard approaches that rely on prediction, our supramolecular assembly instantly preserves the patient’s entire tumor antigen repertoire while co-delivering potent STING pathway agonists directly to dendritic cells. This unique surface engineering re-educates the immune system to break tolerance and spark a robust, adaptive response.

Our lead program, OAP-101, is actively advancing in clinical trials for checkpoint-inhibitor-refractory solid tumors. To maintain high-velocity execution, Novastra operates with a strategic global footprint: we anchor our innovation and corporate strategy in Boston/Cambridge, while leveraging a dedicated business operations and clinical center in Shanghai.
