When the supply chain is busy but the business still lacks control, that is where NovaStrata starts.

We are a supply chain advisory firm in Dubai, working with Retail, FMCG, food logistics and manufacturing companies across the Middle East and beyond, with particular depth in food supply chains and food security. From diagnosis to delivered results: every recommendation carries a number, an owner and a deadline.

FIVE SERVICES, FIVE BUSINESS QUESTIONS

- What should we fix first? Supply Chain Resilience Diagnostic: risk map, quick wins and a sequenced value roadmap.
- Who decides what, and on which numbers? S&OP / IBP launch and assessment: cadence, decision rights and the KPI pack.
- Can we trust the forecast? Demand planning and forecasting: MAPE, bias and FVA review, consensus process.
- Where should the network be next? Network design: facilities, DC and 3PL logic, scenarios tested on a digital twin.
- How do we make it happen? From recommendation to execution: named owners, 30/60/90 milestones and adoption tracking.

Most engagements begin with the Diagnostic (2 to 5 weeks). A focused module starts directly when the business question is already clear.
