Sarb Thandi

Sarb Thandi has extensive experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Sarb currently holds the position of Global Head of People at Novata since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Reward at Jupiter Asset Management from October 2021 to June 2023. Sarb also served as the Group Head of Compensation and Benefits at GAM from June 2016 to October 2021, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits strategy, payroll, and employee tax. Before joining GAM, they worked at Northern Trust Corporation as Vice President - HR Compensation and Benefits from March 2007 to June 2016. In this role, Sarb managed, reviewed, and benchmarked employee compensation and benefit programs. Sarb also worked at National Grid as a Pensions Officer from January 2005 to March 2007, where they managed the UK pension schemes and developed company policy in response to changes in pension legislation. Sarb's career began at Buck Consultants, A Xerox Company, where they worked as an Employee Benefit Consultant from October 1997 to January 2005. In this role, they managed a large client with multiple pension schemes and was responsible for client account management, trustee meetings, and financial reporting.

Sarb Thandi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Management from King's College London between 1993 and 1996.
