Doug Young

Doug Young is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in inventory control, vendor relationships, and process optimization. Currently serving as the National Operations Manager at Novatech, Inc. since July 2020, Doug Young is responsible for planning and implementing procedures to enhance technology integration and streamline order processes. Previously, Doug Young held the position of VP of Service & Operations at ASI Business Solutions, directing service teams and managing operations, purchasing, and warehouse activities from June 1993 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Doug Young worked as a Field Service Engineer at Xerox, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and maintaining inventory levels. Doug Young holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Technology from ECPI University.
