Novavera is the World's #1 Olive Oil Producer — named World Champion in EVOO World Ranking for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025) and the holder of more than 700 international awards. We are the first Turkish brand ever to top the EVOO World Ranking.

Determined by combined results from 35 international competitions involving thousands of producers from 40 countries, our ranking placed us first among more than 22,000 olive oils evaluated in 2025 — and we increased our score by 20% year-over-year, proving that our excellence is sustainable.

Our story began in 2017, when Bahar Alan — METU Industrial Engineering graduate and 25-year corporate veteran — left her career behind for an olive grove in Ayvalık. The name "Novavera" means "new spring" and "new truth," reflecting both a personal transformation and a vision to elevate Turkish olive oil to the global summit.
