Cedric Schmidtke

Cedric Schmidtke currently serves as the Senior Consultant and Healthcare Practice Lead at NOVE, where they develop and implement public affairs and communications strategies for clients in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Cedric has previously held roles at the U.S. Department of State and Acumen Public Affairs, focusing on stakeholder engagement and public policy. They have significant experience advising governmental bodies, including as a Senior Advisor at the Executive Office of the Secretary for Pensions and Social Integration, where they contributed to major pension reforms in Belgium. Cedric also actively participates as an Executive Board member at Arty Farty, advising on youth, culture, and democratic renewal initiatives.
