Meredith Carter is the Founder and CEO (in formation) of a next-generation asset-based lending platform, where they are currently building the foundational infrastructure and seeking strategic investment partners. They previously served as President and CEO of Edge Capital Lending, LLC from 2018 to 2025, guiding the company to a successful exit by selling its portfolio to specialty finance companies. Prior to that, Meredith was the Managing Director of Business Development at RIPM from 2012 to 2017, helping to build and sell a patent and complex commercial litigation funding business. Meredith also held roles as the Director of Business Development at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP and as a Corporate Litigation and Transactional Lawyer. Meredith is a board member at Novel Effect since 2015.
