Andy Rado

Andy Rado has worked in the design industry for over 20 years. Andy's most recent role was Design Director at Novel, beginning in 2022. Prior to that, they were an Independent Designer at andyrado.com from 2002. From 2018 to 2022, they were Art Director and Senior Brand Designer at Roadster. From 2014 to 2018, they were Senior Visual Designer at Athleta. Andy also worked as a Senior Designer (Freelance) at L Studio from 2012 to 2014, at Conscious Creative from 2005 to 2009, and at Sugar Inc. from 2009 to 2012. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Designer at 300FeetOut, where they designed concepts and user interfaces for websites. Andy also worked as a Designer at Lovejoy Creative from 2002 to 2005, where they developed concepts for identity, collateral, print advertising, and web design.

Andy Rado has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. In 2012, they completed a degree in Creativity from The Dinner Series by James Victore and Thinking Wrong from FutureBlitz, both related to Design and Visual Communications.
