Eric Dilly is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Capex Lead Specialty Finishing/Building & Construction at Novelis since March 2022, Eric previously held significant positions at The Clorox Company, including Maintenance Manager and Production Manager, overseeing production, equipment, budgets, and HR duties. Eric's career began as a Project Engineer at Doddridge Controls Inc. and progressed through roles such as Instrumentation Engineer at Parsons Engineering, Inc., and Process Control Engineer at Weyerhaeuser, where notable contributions were made to process improvement in engineered wood production. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Fairmont State University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
