Lisa Sharp

Lisa Sharp serves as the Communications Manager for Culture and Engagement at Novelis since April 2022, leading internal communication strategies that generated significant media placements and social media impressions. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over 14 years at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where positions included Director Project Work in Internal Communications and Marketing Specialist, focusing on employee engagement and integrated marketing communications for major projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Cookerly Public Relations and Cotton States Insurance, enhancing public relations and communication efforts. Lisa holds an MBA in Business Administration and a B.A. in Communications from Berry College.
