„Committed to excellency”

Novelty AE is an architecture office specialising in developing complex projects for civil and industrial construction.

Novelty AE mission combines the commitment to exceed any boundaries with the desire to set new standards in terms of providing the best solution - functional and representative - for each project. Equally linking the financial and the technical component with the customers’ needs and expectations is what sets us apart from ordinary patterns.

Novelty AE ensures the achievement of any kind of investment in all stages of design. All the developed projects blend perfectly with the customer’s identity and shape along the concept lines. We successfully approach storytelling strategy to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, without, however, neglecting the needs of the local community and of the environment.

Novelty AE materialises investors’ strategies and customers’ wishes that want a home that would provide the desired comfort for the whole family with maximum energy efficiency.

VALUES
 What define our work are the values we believe in:
- Counting on a 360º perspective – we excel in analysing all the constituent
	elements of a project so that, in the end, we can boast durable and unique landmarks;
-	Respect and model the needs and desires of each client so that the final result is a perfect solution both in technical and aesthetics terms, but also in terms of comfort and utility;
-	the source of our energy is our passion for what we do and determination to make things right, based on their self-confidence;
-	we approach each project with seriousness and sensitivity to current trends in design, fashion and art;
-	we believe in traditional values and in the spirit of the place.
