Previously, Cem held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Kitopi, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through strategic initiatives. Prior experience encompasses being a Customer Account Executive at TIMWETECH, where account management and business development were prioritized in the MENA region. Cem's career began at Peppers & Rogers Group, progressing to Principal, driving customer-centric solutions across EMEA, and earlier roles included senior management at Vodafone and Global Bilgi, focusing on customer operations and planning. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Decision Making Techniques from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Galatasaray University.
