Robert Lambert

Robert Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert began their career as an Engineering Technician at Sear-Brown Engineering Consulting Firm in 2000. Following that, they interned at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in 2001. In 2003, they joined Croda as a Graduate Trainee and Research Scientist, where they gained experience in process engineering, process development, and filtration optimization. Robert also worked on special projects, including serving as the project manager for a Procter and Gamble project. Moving to Noven Pharmaceuticals in 2007, Robert occupied various roles, including Lead Formulator/Research Engineer II, Senior Development Engineer, Principal Development Engineer, and most recently, Associate Director of Manufacturing Technical Services. In these roles, they were responsible for projects such as formulation development, process scale-up, process improvement, statistical analysis, and equipment and facility qualifications. Robert'sexpertise in these areas contributed to the success of Noven Pharmaceuticals.

From 1998 to 2003, Robert Lambert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a Bioprocess Option and a minor in Economics from Penn State University.
