Надежда Коновалова

Надежда Коновалова is a Manager of Motivation Calculation at Noventiq, where they focus on personnel motivation calculations and reporting. They previously held positions at Softline Group Ukraine and Wise IT Ukraine, managing compensation and reward systems for numerous employees and automating various processes. Надежда also worked as a Senior Specialist in Direct Channels at Pravex Bank and as a Chief Specialist in Performance and Reward Management at Platinum Bank Ukraine, demonstrating strong analytical skills and results-oriented decision-making throughout their career. They earned a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the Academy of Municipal Management.
