Victor Varela-Martínez

Victor Varela-Martínez is an experienced DevOps Engineer currently employed at Novetta since May 2019, specializing in the creation and maintenance of highly available Kubernetes clusters across various network environments. Prior to this role, Victor worked as a Software Engineer at WaveStrike, where the development of a Spring Boot-based microservices architecture and orchestration with Rancher/Kubernetes was accomplished. Additionally, experience as a Software Engineer at the United States Department of Defense involved architecting and deploying complex Android applications, as well as conducting vulnerability assessments. Victor’s career began with an internship at the United States Department of Defense, focusing on assessing forensic tools for Android devices. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
