Lindsy McLaughlin, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, market communications, and sales within the fragrance industry. Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Market Communications, as well as holding multiple directorial roles in sales and digital business development at Agilex Fragrances since January 2015, Lindsy also contributes to Novi Connect as a Board Member on the Customer Advisory Board. Prior experience includes positions at Takasago as Manager of Fragrance Project & Sales Coordination and as Project Manager at Ungerer & Company. Lindsy's early career features roles in account management and lease negotiation, supported by an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark and a B.S. in Biology from Montclair State University.
