Johan Thorsted

Johan Thorsted is a Strategic CX & Design Lead at Novicell, where they also serve as an investor and board member. Previously, they were a General Partner and Investor Manager at Bluecast Ventures, managing a portfolio of cashflow-generating businesses. Johan has held roles as a Communication Specialist at Vestas Wind Systems A/S and a Strategic Innovation Consultant at Designit, focusing on consumer insights and business development. Additionally, they were a Managing Director at Syncrowd, aiding large corporations in venture creation, and worked as a strategy consultant for major Scandinavian brands. Johan is currently pursuing an MSc. in Business Administration and Organizational Communication at Aarhus University.
