John R.

John R. has extensive work experience in the field of business analysis. John began their career in 2007 at RI3K, where they worked as a Business Analyst, specializing in the ACORD XML messaging interface and managing outsourced projects. After that, they joined Aspen Re as a Business Analyst, responsible for the selection and implementation of a document management system. John then worked on various contracts at Hiscox, Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty, and Liberty Syndicates, where they played a key role in defining and implementing business requirements and supporting testing activities. In 2012, John became the Director at Herd IT & Break IT. John later returned to business analysis roles at ACE Group, Clear Insurance Management Ltd, and BMS Group, where they worked until 2022. Currently, John is a Business Analyst at Novidea, starting in 2023.
