Mike Roman is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and professional services across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Customers at Novidea, Mike has previously held significant roles including Global Head of Customer Success at AU10TIX and Vice President of Global Services at PlainID.
