Sergey Dimov is a Program Management Leader with over 15 years of experience in Delivery, Operations, and Program Management (PMO). They have held key leadership roles at notable companies, including serving as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at Finastra and the Head of Program Management Office at ZoomInfo, where they successfully drove strategic initiatives and improved operational efficiency. Currently, they lead the US Delivery and Customer Success organization at Novidea, focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth. Sergey holds an MBA in Management of Technology Companies and a Bachelor of Technology in Electric and Electronics Engineering, graduating summa cum laude. They also serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Transformative Leadership Program at the University of New Haven.
