Sharon Krepner

Sharon Krepner has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Sharon recently worked at Novidea as a Revenue Operations & Analytics Manager, where they focused on streamlining and aligning sales, marketing, and success teams. Sharon strategized and implemented systems and processes to support GTM efforts, improved data hygiene for data-driven decision making, and collaborated with C-level executives on process optimization and data analysis.

Prior to Novidea, Sharon served as an Advisory Board member at bPersonal, an ABM platform specializing in hyper-personalized prospecting. Sharon leveraged AI to help B2B companies enhance customer experience and increase engagement.

Furthermore, they worked as a RevOps Consultant at whatworks, where they helped B2B revenue leaders accelerate business growth and enhance operational efficiency. Sharon'sexpertise involved optimizing processes, workflows, and data quality for meaningful analytics.

Sharon also has experience as a Trader, a Customer Success Manager & Professional Services representative at InfiniGrow, and a Marketing Analytics leader at Sisense. Sharon has worked closely with esteemed companies such as Kaltura, Papaya Global, Orca Security, and ContentSquare.

Additionally, Sharon has worked as a Market Intelligence Analyst and PMO at Signals Analytics, where they built analytical solutions and enabled strategic decision making for fortune 500 clients. Sharon also mentored new hires and established processes in these roles.

Before their career in the private sector, Sharon served as a Senior Class Sergeant in the IDF.

Sharon Krepner earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ruppin Academic Center, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Psagot College from 2012 to 2014 and received a degree in Trading & Investing, focusing on the Capital Market. In addition to their academic achievements, Sharon also obtained a certification as an Open Water Diver from PADI in October 2014.
