Novidon is innovative and entrepreneurial with potato starch. We extract the value of sidestream potato starch and produce new products, services and applications. In this way we contribute to the sustainability goals of our suppliers and customers. We differentiate ourselves with producers of potato starch which is processed in a traditional way from the whole potato.

Novidon is the largest purchaser of sidestream starch in Europe at the potato processing industry. We take care of sidestream starch which is released during production of potatoes into French fries and crisps. Novidon has a unique business which relies on service, innovation and sustainability. The starch is extracted from the process water and transported to one of the factories in the Netherlands, Belgium and United Kingdom. There, the starch is refined and produced into both technical grade and food grade starch for different industries.
