Eric Bowen

Eric Bowen is a Product Management Director at Novilytic. Eric has held previous positions as Area Manager at Amazon, Cap 2 Supervisor at Walmart, Sr. Research Scientist at AMRI, Asst. Sr. Chemist at Endocyte, and Senior Staff Scientist at Exela Pharma Sciences. Eric began their career as a Scientist at Catalent in 2006.

Eric has experience leading teams of scientists and ensuring their compliance with industry standard cGMP and ICH guidelines and procedures. Eric was also the Division lead and subject matter expert during the deployment of the new Empower 3 chromatography data software package. In addition to developing new analytical test methods, standard operating procedures, and instrument operating procedures, they have also served as a trainer and advisor to junior chemists.

Eric Bowen has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University and a BS in Chemistry (ACS) from Salisbury University.

Their manager is Jinhee Kim, Director of Analytics. They are on a team with Mary Bower - Staff Analytical Scientist, Nathan Morris - Staff Analytical Scientist.
