Eric Hatterer's work experience includes roles at NovImmune and INSERM unit 488. Eric started at NovImmune in February 2009 as a Senior Research Associate and Histology Facilities Manager, where they conducted various research and experimental tasks to support drug development. Eric also assisted PhD students and conducted pharmacodynamic studies. In February 2016, they became the Head of in vitro Pharmacology, and in February 2019, they became the Discovery Program Leader and Senior Scientist. At INSERM unit 488, they worked as a Research Engineer from February 2008 to February 2009.
Eric Hatterer has a diverse educational background in the field of biology and physiology. In 2006, they pursued a PhD in NeuroImmunology at UCBL Lyon, which they completed in 2007. During the same period, they also obtained a DEA (Diplôme d'Études Approfondies) in Biology Engineering from UCBL Lyon. Eric'sacademic achievements were recognized by the French ministry of research and technology, as they received a graduate award during this time. Additionally, in 2007, Eric pursued a DESS (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in animal experimentation in physiology and pharmacology at ENVL/UCBL.
