John Hoffman

John Hoffman is currently a Senior Mechanical Engineer at NOVO Engineering, where John develops surgical instruments to support new therapy and designs equipment for assembly automation. Prior to this, John held positions such as VP of Research and Development at BeneChill, where John developed a new medical therapy, and Sr. Project Engineer at RoboDesign, where John worked on lab automation systems. With a background in engineering from the University of Michigan, John has extensive experience in various engineering roles at companies like Alliance Pharmaceutical, Boeing, Hitachi Instruments, GCA, and Intel Corporation.
