Ha Pham

Ha Pham began their work experience as a Lecturer in Software Engineering at the Hochiminh City University of Technology in Vietnam from April 2001 to December 2004. Ha then joined CVS Caremark Corporation as an Application Development Analyst from August 2007 to August 2010. Ha Pham then worked at Entertainment Publications as a Senior Consultant in eCommerce/Hybris from October 2010 to July 2012. Ha then moved on to arvato Systems, where they held the roles of Technical Consultant - Hybris Professional Services from August 2012 to October 2013 and Lead Software Architect from November 2013 to February 2016. In February 2016, they joined Novobi as President & CEO, a role they held until October 2022 when they became the President & COO of the company. Novobi is a Gold Partner of Odoo, Consulting Partner of Amazon Cloud (AWS), and Technology Partner of Shopify and BigCommerce. They are also CMMI-Level 3 certified.

Ha Pham has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. They first pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, graduating from this program in 2000. Later, in 2005-2006, Ha Pham attended the University of Utah and obtained a Master of Science in Scientific Computing. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, completing this degree program from 2008-2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ha Pham has also obtained various certifications. They became a Solution Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in October 2016. In October 2015, they obtained the SAP hybris Commerce Professional certification from SAP. Furthermore, in November 2012, Ha Pham became a Java Enterprise Architect certified by Oracle.
