Previously, John held various leadership roles, including Operations Director at Brett Martin Ltd and Multi Site General Manager at GLASSOLUTIONS Saint-Gobain, where they were responsible for managing operations, improving customer experiences, and developing employee capabilities. John began their career as an Apprentice Sheet Metal and Engineering Fabricator at Lloyds Welding and Engineering and has since built a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and fostering employee engagement across multiple organizations.
