Michael Henry

Michael Henry is a seasoned professional in supply chain and procurement management, currently serving as the Director of Sourcing for Recycled Materials and Sustainable Solutions at Novolex since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions at Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Supply Chain and Director of Procurement from January 2018 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Supply Chain Manager at BETA Fueling Systems, Commodity Manager at Husqvarna Group, and Purchasing Manager at both GKN Driveline and Rolls-Royce Energy Systems. Michael began a career in global sourcing management at Ingersoll Rand, where the position of Manager, Global Sourcing Program Management was held from July 2006 to September 2010. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Central Michigan University between 1988 and 1992.
