Mike Strait

Mike Strait is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in sales and operations planning. Currently serving as Director of S&OP / S&OE at Novolex since July 2020, Mike has previously held various roles in the organization, including Senior Manager of S&OP / S&OE and Sales and Operations Planning Manager. Prior to Novolex, Mike worked at Collins Aerospace as Senior Program Manager for Materials Planning, and at SABIC in multiple managerial positions focused on supply chain planning and customer service. Mike's career also includes expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Sabic Innovative Plastics and process improvement project management at Xerox. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Niagara University and a Master of Science in Management from Nazareth University.
