Rick Starling

Rick Starling, CSP, CPEA, has extensive experience in environmental compliance and safety management, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Compliance and Director of Environment Health Safety at Novolex since July 2006. Prior experience includes the role of Manager Safety and Health at Mirant from May 1999 to April 2006 and Generation Services at Southern Company from May 1978 to May 1999. Rick Starling holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics, and an Electrical Technology degree from Athens Technical College.
