Robert Baker

Robert Baker is a retired Factory Manager with extensive experience in leadership and operations. They have a strong background in Operations Management, Operational Excellence, and Financial Management, having worked at companies such as Novolex, Inc. and Tetra Pak. Robert graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and earned an MBA from the University of Oregon. They are currently serving as a Regional Manufacturing Manager at Novolex.
