Sheldon Ehli is a results-driven plant operations leader currently serving as Plant Manager at Novolex. With over two decades of manufacturing experience, Sheldon has held various key positions, including Plant Manager at Sanford Health and The RiteScreen Company, where they focused on optimizing operations and building strong teams. Sheldon began their career as a Shift Supervisor at The J.M. Smucker Company, implementing good manufacturing practices in a high-speed environment.
