Mark Thompson has extensive experience in risk management and law enforcement, currently serving as the Risk and Compliance Director at NOVOMATIC since October 2014. Previously, Mark held various leadership positions in risk and compliance at Talarius Ltd and RAL Ltd, as well as in security at Luxury Leisure. Mark's career at the Metropolitan Police spanned over 14 years, during which numerous roles were undertaken, including Detective Sergeant in the Serious Acquisitive Crime and Community Safety Units, and Detective Constable in the Homicide and Serious Crime Command. Mark holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Lancaster University.
