Tainá V. is a CR and Sustainability Specialist at NOVOMATIC, where responsibilities include implementing ESRS KPIs, supporting subsidiaries with ESG compliance, and developing tools for climate reporting. Tainá has also authored ESRS disclosures and created guidelines for player protection. Previous experience includes an 18-month traineeship at NOVOMATIC with a focus on Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, an extracurricular role as Communication Manager at Erasmus Student Network Austria, and customer service experience as a Bar Waitress at Golden Harp Irish Pub. Tainá contributed to sustainability initiatives through roles at i4next, focusing on IT equipment recycling, and as a Marketing Volunteer at FoodNotify. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environment and Bioresources Management from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna.
